The Dark Knight Memos: Eternity, Infinity by SomeWhereOut

Early this morning, I’ve received a review request from a rising band called “SomeWhereOut”! IDK why I had a great positive impression while reading the Media release attached to the email! Maybe because I am big fan for music that based on literature! What’s more great that this piece it is published on my 24th birthday, so yeah! And the reviewing process went so smooth! So? Let’s move to the EP

SomeWhereOut - Eternity, Infinity

The Ep consists of 5 tracks are: Over this Vault, My Choice, White Sun..Black Sky, New Begining, and Eternity

The music of the EP is somehow experimental, strange, and various. The riffs are somehow influenced with postrock, and alternative one. The solos are similar to 60s, 70s Rock waves. Each track has different vocalist! It is a nice light release.

“Over this Vault” starts with calm guitar tunes like Metallica’s “One” style then you go into a dynamic alternative riff with beautiful female vocal performance. You can trace the electro/Atmospheric touches at the background of the music.

“My Choice” Into is closer to classic Pop intros. It is like an impressive and interesting sondtrack. The track carries different strange thing, sometimes you can hear some drum breaks, or some tunes outside the riff!

In the middle of the track, there is a calm depressive postrock influenced part.

“White Sun, Black Sky” is a dreamy calm one, it is closer to Alternative Rock style. I like the vocal performance! Actually as for me, it is the best track!

“New Beginning” it is a mixture between alternative/postrock/Progressive.

“Eternity” is instrumental one, like a calm colorful soundtrack! It is classic, calm as classic Nokia Tunes themes :D (strange simile). You can feel the images of colorful paintings, flashing lights, passing clouds.

Finally, I know, it is different, experimental one! So cool and impressive! Try it guys and support!!
