EXCLUSIVE: Interview with the Outstanding Blaze of Sorrow

Blaze of Sorrow is one of the finest Atmospheric Black Metal bands in Italy. They are known with their natural imagiery, and their music always shows reflection of beauty, water, sky, and the forgotten self! Why I am publishing this now because few minutes ago one of Egyotian Metal pages insulted me publicly becauese I publish a lot of stuff weekly. :) Haters Always Hate :). Thank you Blaze of Sorrow for your music that conforts all pain inside me, and my darkened world :)

Check this interview with Blaze of Sorrow band :)

1- You don't know how much I am happy for making this interview, Blaze of Sorrow, one of my most favorite band, I still remember the tunes of its "Echi" and "Fulgida Reminiscenza", I know, it is a strange question to begin with, Do you remember the writing process of "Echi" back in 2012?
Thanks for your kind words, I appreciate that you like what we're doing.
Echi didn't have a particular writing process, I always use the same formula for every song. Something that captures my attention or a particular feeling is transposed into music. The most difficult part is to do it without loosing the original idea.

2- "In Memoria" is a magnificent piece of art, what is the theme of this song?
I wrote this song for a very important person that left this world in 2010, the first part of the song rapresents the good memories, the second the strenght she gave me helping me to become who I am.
3- While cheecking the album art of your covers, I noticed that your album arts focus on natural landscapes, gardens, sky, Why did you decide to connect your music with Eco-themes?
I've always had a strong connection with Nature, I couldn't live without walking in a forest and listening to the voices you hear when you are alone  surrounded by trees. This is what give me the elements for doing what I do.

4-Let's move to your "Astri", What are the main concepts, and your main influences for this album?
I see Astri as the end of a journey I started with Echi. The album talks about how mankind is weak compared to the infinity of the sky. Watching the moon and the stars can be mesmerizing and give you some unique feelings.

5-Since 2007, What are the hardships you face through your career?
I think i've never had any hardship. I mainly write music for myself and this means that it's really hard for me to get influenced or thwarted by the “external world”.
6-As you have good listeners from the Middle East, Are you in contact with Middle Eastern/African Metal band?
No, I've never been in contact with middle eastern bands but this doesn't mean that I wouldn't like to do it in the future. I'm sure you have great bands like everywhere in the world.

7- What is your upcoming step, new album, more concerts?
2018 is a strange year for me, we only played one show in Switzerland but that's all. I needed to focus all my attention to the new album. I've decided take all the time I need and the results are really interesting. Another news is that two new musicians are now part of Blaze Of Sorrow so we're not a two man band anymore. They contributed during the writing sessions with their ideas and I couldn't be more proud.
So guys, you have a chance to check Blaze of Sorrow’s “Astri” and getting ready for BOS upcoming stuff! Thank you dear Peter for giving me this chance :)

I was always a rocker so I remember I would always find a way to secretly sneak into music related activities.  I was not allowed to learn music, cause, you know  I am a woman and I should do all that society expects from a woman and nothing more.)  So I figured creative ways of doing so as a part of my Rock 'N Roll rebellion while  growing up,"  she answered. Next, we asked her about how she met her band mates.   " From an ad in search
