Exclusive: Segadoras speaks for the 1st Time After Return

Segadoras, a known name for every Egyptian Metalhead, it is known with “The Undefeated”, also, the band shapes a big mood of active through its hyper performances in Metal Grinders. Unfortunately, Segadoras was on hold for more 2 years, but thankfully, the band announced its return, so we contacted Segadoras fronted man, Bahaa El Kresly to speak to us about the Repeares return!





1- Thank you bro for having this interview with us, Segadoras is getting ready for its comeback after 3 years of absence, what are the reasons of your absence?
You’re welcome Rana , really really thank you for your support for the bands and the metal scene we really appreciate it so much, actually it was 2 years , it’s very long time for us , we had some changes in the members so we had to be very carefully in choosing the members, that’s take very long time with us.
  1. 2- You announced a new line-up, how did you select them?
Actually based on 3 things (Commitment – Mentality in music – skills level)
And we made a lot of auditions to choose the members from maybe more than 26 musician and finally we choose this amazing musicians and we are lucky to play with us.     
  1. 3- As many Egyptian Metalheads wondering, Is Segadoras working on a new album? 
Yes sure we already have the material for the album and this days we are working on a new 3 tracks and we already in our plan that we will start recording at January Insha’Allah. 
  1. 4- You are not only Segadoras founder, but also one of Metal Grinders Festival team, Will the Egyptian Metal scene meet another editiion from Metal Grinders?
Yes sure, very soon….. 
  1. 5- Will you think of cooperating with guest musicians from Egypt?
Yes sure in every concert we had it’s a must to have a guest and our guest the next concert is a very very big musician in the metal scene with a big history. 

  1. 6- In your point of view, what are the main problems that the Egyptian Metal scene face?
Hahahahaa really I don’t like to talk about such this talking, but the main and mutual problem in this scene is the most not all the people have NO RESPECT to each other’s (Organizers – Bands – Audience)  
  1. 7- Send a message to the Egyptian metal heads who are waiting for SegadoraS comeback? 



The reaper will never die, and stay tuned for SegadoraS with the new blood very soon and for the first time in Alexandria……

Before 2023 Edition, Get to Know Wacken Metal Battle Egypt History

On March 3, Cairo will see a new edition of Wacken Metal Battle Egypt. The upcoming edition is the fourth in the history of the Egyptian Metal scene. Although the local scene witnessed three editions, only two Egyptian Metal bands stepped into the global stage of the most prestigious Metal battles. The Metal Divas: Female Metal Voices Around the World VII

As we are celebrating our comeback I think that it will be great to check a new part from our The Metal Divas series.
