The Memo
Firstly, I want to send my greetings, appreciation, and respect to all Ahl Sina members for creating this magnificent, original, harmonious piece of art. The track length is 11 minutes of magic. The theme itself is original, never narrated or explained like that before.
The story of the eternal war between light and darkness, good and evil, truth and superstition represented in the story of prophet Mohammed when he aimed to guide the lost to peace, and right. Guys, the track's theme is simply a story of the world, but symbolized in a story of the ancient Arabic region during the beginning Prophet's Mohammed message of Islam.
The music starts with beautiful calm guitar sounds accompanied with captivating Nay (oriental flute) tunes. You can smell the Arabic desert sands, the glory of the orient, even you can feel that in the first part of the clean vocals.
Shortly, the rest of instruments join! A great harmony between the instruments, the guitar melodies are magnificent, the drum beats are great.
In 1:40, there is a transitional part of oriental percussion to move from this calm spiritual mood to a faster and harder one: Harsh vocals, high drum beats and guitar melodies. It is the extreme part.
I like the intermingling of different vocals types and shifting between clean, and harsh, sneaking one! It is the war between good and evil, and light and darkness. Follow the lyrics with the music, you will find that the mood of the music is perfectly scripted with the lyrical mood.
In 4:28, there is another great oriental interlude built with typical oriental flute, and percussion like the country side music before the effect of globalization. This part also hints the mood of prophet Mohammed birth celebrations in the Egyptian society. I can say that the flute is one of the main players in the music.
The flute perfectly moves us to a well-written, rhythmic violin and keys. For seconds, the whole symphony is turned on: clear bass lines, the echoes of atmospheric sounds and violin, enchanting guitar tunes, and strong drums.
In 8:02 is the most extreme part in the song, the riffs turned to be faster with clear domination for the flute, and more extreme vocals.
I like so much the final instrumental part with the solo flute followed with emotional, catchy guitar solo and amazing violin performance. The track fades out with impressive spoken part.
Summing Up
Actually, I can't describe! I am somehow speechless! The track is really attractive, original. The sounds are highly harmonious and perfectly organized and mixed. Each instrument has its effective catchy role. The Flute lines are more than captivating, the presence of violin enriches the mood of the music well, the guitar more is attractive, dynamic, and the harmony between percussion and drums is killing.
All you need just to click the link, and listen to symphony of beauty which carries one of the stories of the orient.
